· Each coupon code can only be used once. Codes that have already been used or are invalid cannot be redeemed.

· The type and quantity of Stickers granted upon redemption may vary by coupon.

· Free Stickers are valid for 7 days (168 hours) from the date of issue. Expired Stickers cannot be restored.

· Paid Stickers have no expiration date.

· When watching paid episodes, Stickers with a shorter remaining validity period are used automatically first.

· Stickers granted through a coupon cannot be canceled or refunded.

· You can check your granted Stickers and their validity period under [Profile] > [My Stickers].

· If you delete the app while using a Guest account, or if you withdraw your membership, unused Stickers can no longer be used.

· Guest accounts may require a recovery code to restore their account and Stickers.

· If you lose access to your account, please contact us via [Profile] > Contact Us.
