Sticker Refill

  • -Sticker is Soonshot's paid currency used to unlock paid episodes.
  • -A minimum of 50 stickers per episode is required.
  • -Sticker is consumable and deducted from your balance when used.
  • -Purchased stickers that were used are not eligible for cancellation or refunds.
  • -Purchased and used sticker history can be checked on [Profile] > [My Stickers].
  • -If stickers are purchased as a non-member (not logged in) and the SoonShot app is deleted, the purchased stickers will no longer be available for use.
  • -If stickers are purchased as a registered member (logged in) and the account is subsequently deleted, any purchased stickers will no longer be available for use.

Validity Period

  • -Purchased stickers will never expire.
  • -Reward stickers are valid for 7 days (168 hours).
  • -Stickers with the shortest expiry are used first.
  • -Sticker expiration date can be checked under [Profile] > [My Stickers].

Subscription (Monthly/Yearly)

  • -During the subscription period, all paid episodes can be watched without using stickers.
  • -The subscription expires one day before the payment date and is automatically renewed within 24 hours before expiry.
  • -Refunds are processed through Apple Support or Google Play Support in accordance with the iOS App Store and Android Google Play policies. Refunds are only available if no usage history is detected.
  • -During the Subscription period, Stickers will not be used when watching paid episodes. Please note the expiration for the bonus or reward Stickers will remain unchanged.
  • -Upon your purchase, please be sure to check the Terms and conditions of Service and Privacy Policy.
